I don't know your area, but at least you're not in California, Mass, or Seattle, so that's a plus from what I read on here!

I dont know about Mass. but here in Maryland , Licensed trades , electricians , plumbers , HVAC pull the permit for their work .

However, the very rules meant to keep me and the "ignorant masses" safe from ourselves now set up those same "financially illiterate" to be preyed upon by the Regulation A+ proponents.

They overPromise and underdeliver....en maSSE--whatever that means.Trust me- if these buyerS were happy with their Turnkeys they be shouting at the top of their lungs to Rub it in my face...................................lol. 

(I suspect this was HISTORY even before "computer modeling" became recently "available to the masses..." and the "industry disruption, shake- outs" won't bypass the elite's main "cash cow," either... now that anyone with a computer can access MLS to this level of "Big Data."

A couple observations:State-state differences in restrictions is creating mass confusion among both hosts and guests about where and when guests can stay at a motel or STR.
