Maybe a cocktail lounge has "entertainment" while a tavern/bar does not.Looking at those 4% & 5% bids, I have to believe that their strategy is to hopefully foreclose to take the property back, unless there is something I'm missing like they get first uncontested crack at future tax liens at the max 16% or something like that.
