If an applicant fills out a rental application and wants to tell you a sob story about why they are moving, chances are they will not qualify.If they drive up to the open house and park in the neighbors driveway, because your driveway is full, chances are they will not qualify.If they want to know why you charge so much rent, chances are they won't qualify.One tip I've used that is sort of funny, is that I entertain the children at the signing table.
