Mostly from people who had the problems I knew I would eventually encounter.

I'm sure I'm be encountering the same  situation down the road, might as well prepare ahead of time.  

I am glad that I perform this section of the process because I have had some scary encounters with "nice folks" with extensive records (drug charges, gun charges, violent crimes ect).

I will be encountering this in my career once this land lording business really kicks off.  

I have never encountered this before, so hoping someone out there has and may have some pointers.  

The HUD analysis that is provided prior to engaging the lender ought to cover that point, but there can be some sticker shock when you think you're getting X, but in reality, it is X + Y, and Y can be as much as an extra 1.75% to the initial rate.However, that is not an an issue on a refinance as almost all of the costs associated with a HUD loan are mortgageable.

I've never encountered him in the field during a deal.Most if the people who are trying to sell you something have another motive.

This particular situation was something I haven't encountered with yet.
