Now, we don’t normally do cabinets so I didn’t know who to turn to.I got some recommendations for local cabinet makers and got a few bids on the project.

We also needed to replace cabinets and bathrooms are getting a much needed update.

I always tend to lean toward a nice neutral beige or gray depending on the rest of my design choices (cabinet color/flooring) and what the area calls for.

It appears the home had a few feet of water in it and the bottom 4ft of sheetrock has been removed, bottom cabinets removed in the kitchen and bathrooms and most of the flooring has been removed, this home is on a slab.

After going through the pre-sale inspection with a realtor last weekend, I found that once the kitchen sink cabinet was opened, the entire cabinet has water damage and is destroyed.  

It needed paint, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring, appliances, new fence and pet smell removal.

But the tile looks really nice and is durable.Oil based paints for the cabinets and trim. 

Found a good deal on Hampton Cognac cabinets but am confused on what to do with the floor.

The interior needs flooring throughout, paint, bathroom gut, and probably new cabinets/counter top.
