Hi Friends! I am a 29 year old wife and mom to 3. I purchased my first home at 21 as a single mom. I met my now husband shortly after. We both owned homes at that point and when we got married, my primary home became our first rental. We then moved a few years later from Michigan to Tennessee and his home became a rental as well. We sold both last year after having a poor property manager. By selling we were able to pay off all student loan debt and we became debt free!!

We have since purchased a foreclosure as our primary home in Tennessee. We are doing what we are told is called a "new construction" on the home. Bringing the home down to the sub floor and replacing plumbing and light fixtures. We also needed to replace cabinets and bathrooms are getting a much needed update. Painting as well of course!

We are now looking to learn more about our new town and are excited to purchase rentals again!
