NO checking accounts ( can't get one because they have bounced to many checks and their SSN is flagged ) Very unstable home life leads to a lot of moving about.. not to mention the other social problems that frankly plague both the poorer areas and the Wealthy areas alike.

And then there's parents yelling at the kids, and kids yelling at each other, and the kids' stereos and maybe drum sets and friends hanging around, and bouncing balls off the garage doors......  

The market bounced back within a year, but it was a severe hit at the time.What we ended up doing, was marketing to students.  

Late with no bounced checks?

It makes them feel involved.This only went wrong once when some old bat kept calling me about anything "they are playing basket ball in the road" "err yeah, that's kids do" "but the bouncing of the ball hurts my ears" "foxtrot off biddy".

I truly appreciate having a community of like minded "been there, done that" professionals to bounce ideas and issues off of.
