I'd like to use banding signs but Im worried ill waste time placing signs in places im not sure i can find sellers.

Does anyone know of an affordable or free source of direct mail letter templates for different purposes(absentee owner, probate, pre-foreclosure, ect.) that have preset dimensions, fonts, colors, and messages?

What I am after is a form that lets you go from room to room noting dimensions and defects.

One of my units is going up for rent on April, is a class A/B, and so far I had no issues at all, many people have inquire about it (mostly from California thought).

You can do advanced searches for dimensions, bedrooms, etc.

Unless you are buying really large properties I think most of the news and hype is probably too broad of an information band to be useful.

We held rent rates (and property value) in B and C class!
