The property isn't in the best area of Garfield but it's not a war zone because the properties adjacent to this one are newly renovated and look awesome, it's just this property and maybe one or two more that have been neglected.Along with the suggestions for some property Managers, I would also like to ask some questions about buying and rerenting.

You have to look at the current zoning and adjacent properties. 

MSP International Airport had something like 31 million people go through it in '22', think about that one.

And the adjacent Area 72 which runs parallel to Area 70 for it's length, the pricing for a similar  size, style house in same condition would  would be a half to a third.

I believe that the corporate office is airport road but I don't believe that you can walk up and get research.
