Our (adult) children know all about our holdings, real estate and otherwise, how much we've invested & how much we've made, but most of the other family members don't even know we own rentals.We discuss renters, rent prices, house prices, strategies, etc. with others in the business, but no one else is really interested, except maybe those who want to ask about things that are none of their business.
