Being a guy who has an internet business this exercise was a single blind exercise and I appreciate each of your responses.

Its not fair to all the people who have been penalized for infractions to let certain choice offenders get a blind eye.

Life is just too hectic.Yes, I have been involved with multi-family funds, blind pool funds, mortgage funds, and all sorts of crazy stuff.   

It literally has what a college house would have, a bed, a cube/dresser, kitchen ware from a thrift store, and a couch and sofa, brand new, blinds, some curtains.

Some things to note that are not really optional is a laundry room and black out blinds.

@Ryan Cleary many cities turn a blind eye to unpermitted extra units, unless there is some type of fire egress issue. 

You want to be the one giving advice through your trial and error, this does not mean play blindly.

Maybe your attitude and ego is preventing your success by blinding you to lessons that can be learned from others.
