I believe they refer most of their clients to OneProp, who I personally used in Dallas with my rental properties and had a great experience.  

Honestly Austin is not Dallas or Philly you shouldn't have many problems with crime especially if you have lived in the area in the past or have experience dealing with the population that lives there.

I'm noticing you're in Dallas (shoulda looked more carefully, apologies).

You'd fill up slots for Dallas and Orange County pretty quick, but further locals like Knoxville might take some time to get built out.It would absolutely be a resource for people coming into BP months and years down the road.
