I think this is fine if it's something you want to pursue as a hobby until you get good at it and can implement your own images, but I don't think its as easy a buy, shoot, upload, viola. 

With the advent of AI and being able to copy people’s voices and images, it’s going to cause a lot more diligence when selling a home for someone especially if they are from afar.

If what is't doing is simply averaging out all the listings, thats about as usefull as telling me the average income of people at a wedding that included Waren Buffet as a guest. 

He will do so and he isn't doing anything illegal.He is having a company produce the mailers and he has no control over the image used.
