* Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

I'll go to properties that my clients have interest in, take videos and extra pictures, have a FaceTime session, whatever it takes to help my client get a good feel for the home and if it will work for them..  

Finally, I can get some clarity on what is happening.

The plumber water jetted the line to get it flowing again, but when he scoped it, he said the water jetting is making the line worse because it is pulling rock and sediment into line at a break at some unknown location.I have had several contractors look at the video and all said there is no way to clean the line for a trenchless repair and it will need to be replaced. 

Once I would get a property under contract I would have my agent take a video of the property. 

So for clarity is this a mobile home or a modular home?

I’m surprised that so few folks on here are looking for video and photography services.

I have found from my experience rehabbing homes that most contracts appreciate this clarity very much, and as a result your project runs a whole lot smoother.
