I’m still in 5e getting quotes phase and mitigation company told tenants probably 2 months till all repairs are done. 

I closed on a property today in Florida and I can’t even get a quote for ins until I have a four point inspection and wind mitigation inspection and I can’t get anyome out to inspect  until next week leaving me with no insurance.
