@Wayne BrooksI need clarification on your response to Marie's inquiry which I have an understanding.Why does Marie still has a mortgage with the bank when the loan was already sold to another company who offered a loan settlement close to 1/3 of the current property value?

I got my funds and goals in order , I want for a 2-3 family in New Jersey or staten island using fha loan.My question is how do I get pre qualified ,because I don't want a hard inquiry on my credit yet cause I haven't looked at property's yet but I do want to see how much I can get loaned. 1.

In my opinion, the key is buying a nice property in a nice neighborhood that people want to live in (so you get a high volume of inquiries when you post for rent) which allows you to be extremely picky with who you let into the house.
