I didn't mean to imply that there was nobody willing to pass along information to me, but rather that I just need to do some work to find out which questions to ask since there's not a dedicated program in place; and as it turns out I'm the only one on the floor today so I posted my question about expired listings here. 

To imply poor people don't have a right to housing or that a landlord who provides them housing should be penalized is wrong.Poor people work in essential jobs at meat packing plants, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.

I've met some who's actions have implied that running their units into the ground and/or treating their tenants like trash equates to cash flow.

This implies you are probably at least 30 days from being able to start the eviction process.Next is how long are evictions taking in your jurisdiction.
