Good question.I am exploring manufactured homes (mobile homes) for their potential.

Steve has excellent reputation - I especially like his company because they use an electronic radon measurement device (chronograph) rather than the two hockey puck sensors. 

As I would like to make her happy, I want to explore strategies for making that financially viable some day in the future.

I'm confident I could have sold this house already if they had just given me access, but now I am in a dilemma.I don't want a reputation as someone who backs out of contracts.

Anybody is welcome, we're just hoping to expand the local network and explore interest in recurring sessions.
