I've worked with Leslie for a couple of years now on two properties 1031 exchanged into DSTs.

They are harder negotiators and typically get closer to what they want so you want to leverage their brand to build the overall development and make the real profits/margins. 

That’s basically giving up another property after a couple deals. 

This, coupled with the ADP data is giving traders reason to bet that Friday's Non-Farm Payrolls will be better than expected and potentially give the Fed enough data to start tapering on Sept 18th.

I focus on proven and branded cities and areas.
