Matthews advice is valuable , you have to be super precise in what you want and his format is great .The only thing to note is that - it won't be instantaneous , they will take some time , but just follow up via phone and email with the FOIA officer=======I don't have experience with water stut off list , but if you follow above template they might provide , I am just unsure if this is information that is Available via FOIA .

Its' technically legal from what I've been told (check with a lawyer in your state), but there is a pretty precise science involved to make sure you do it all legally and avoid a due-on-sale-clause from the lender which, albeit unlikely, is happening especially in times like now wherein the interest rate difference between current rates and the loan you might be taking over can be significant.
