It great to see a young person so energized about REI.As @Christopher Salazar mentioned, Sean Terry has a ton for FREE info and is very inspiring.His episode 77 about goal setting was profound for me 3 years ago.  

Listened to 3 episodes of the podcast during work today and it's inspired me to do research and start drafting a business plan.

A while back I was listening an episode of the BP podcast and was struck by a story that @Brandon Turner told about simply talking to a couple in his church resulting in him buying his main apartment complex.

If they stay there permanently they just clean them out.There was a show years ago "undercover boss" that had an hour on that business you might find helpful but I can't remember the episode so you will have to search.I know for retail strip centers we used to worry about dry cleaners contaminating the building and ground.

(I actually found your podcast first and listened to many episodes while shoveling snow this winter) It's fantastic to find a place where everyone seems to be so supportive of one another and genuinely interested in helping.

Was VERY intrigued after listening to the BP Podcast episode with Pace Morby discussing Due-On-Sale insurance.

I believe they just released an episode on how to house hack in your area with Craig Curlop, episode 350.

The Mobile Home Park Investing Podcast had a great episode (#23) about private water and sewer.

I was at the gym this morning and did a double-take when out of the corner of my eye, I randomly saw them on a promo commercial for an upcoming episode.
