Boric Acid (which is in powder form) works well, spread under appliances; under new base cabinets at install; in the wall voids whenever you open a wall for repair; under carpet pads and around the perimeter of rooms before base trim goes on; inside base cabinets toward the very back; and other fairly inaccessible and dark places you can find.

Tenants like to hang christmas lights with 16d nails for some reasonj. yard and shrubs to be kept trim, neat etc. on the second warning letter from the HOA, I'll take over yard maintenance and that amount will be added to the lease.You get the idea.all cash

Yes, I'm a pet owner and yes, I've had a dog turn destructive and quickly brought in a trainer to help me get the behavior under control.As a landlord, if a dog eats my door, the tenant needs to be coming to me, sucking up real nice and telling me what he's going to do to resolve the situation of the door eating dog.I do not feel that there is any onus on me, as the landlord, to go out of my way to sort someone elses problems, other than issuing a 7 day no cure notice.I've had tenants allowing their dogs to chew on trim.

I forget the actual shade, but I've used in in a couple of different properties and it looks really classy next to white trim and cabinets.
