Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $220

Condo bought to use for a vacation home and build equity.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Vacation property for family

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

minimum down payment, paid full price 1st day on the market.

How did you finance this deal?

30 year fixed

How did you add value to the deal?

New flooring throughout, trim, kitchen update, and lower bath update

What was the outcome?

4 years into investment and the condos market price is 400,000

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Buy and hold good properties in desirable areas is a must for our future investments.
