@Devon Young @Joyce Tavares While Leigh Robinson's book is a good read, perhaps a better first resource in this instance would be Douglas Gray's "The Canadian Landlord's Guide"Additionally, a 1031 is a U.S.A. taxation vehicle which would not be applicable in this instance with sovereignty coming into play and all.
