which book first?
I'm sure both are great books, but i need to pick one to get first. So for those that have read both, which one first and why?
The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties by J Scott Or Fixing and Flipping Real Estate: Strategies for the Post-Boom Era by Marty Boardman Thanks for the feed back! Most Popular Reply

I have a library of real estate courses and books that has cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. It now occupies three rooms of my office.
After saying all of that, the answer depends on where you are in your investing career and what you goals are. The reason that there are so many options for courses is because there are so many differant course buyers.
The best starting book has to be "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"
The best course depends on what you want to do. The following is only my opinion on the best courses out there today.
Lease options - Wendy Patton
Wholesale - Vena Jones- Cox
Creative Finance - Jon Iannotti - its called CATS and sort of hard to find
Commercial multi- family - Dave Lindahl
Self Storage - Scott Meyers (niche market)
Rehab and flipping - Robyn Thompson
I hope that helps
