I'm going to order that movie so I can watch it as its definitely a subject I'm interested in and so that I can understand your reference to the buggywip Michael.I also picked up Glengarry Glen Ross, which was a movie my broker recommended about 4 Real Estate salesmen who were fighting over the leads (thank God it's easier to lead generate in this age).The only way I know to get free advertising in print is to start writing articles for the paper and throw in what I do at the bottom of the article.

There are many RE books, thats why I asked which one was your favorite, motivated you etc.I am almost done reading "Trump Strategies for RE" by George Ross.
