It seems to me that the area is one of factories and industrial shopping centers; which makes me think that many people work in the area and need a place to live, which may be good for a rental.  2.

I started shopping around with a few different lenders on Friday, but only one has gotten back to me with concrete numbers after I submitted a loan app.

Now I get coffee at Portage Grounds and work on my laptop.
