It is sad to see another example of someone getting over-leveraged into a liability they cannot afford - like watching a car wreck before it happens. 

@Troy Whitney It literally is sad, airBNB lawsuits are in many ways frivolous, I am starting to think it is some form of marketing for them; based on some of the discussions here, some are already thinking airBNB is some sort of victim here.

Sadly, this is what most Americans think is good financial planning.Let's take it up a notch.

It's something you get used to over time, but a lot of people deal with SAD (seasonally aggravated depression) because of it.

Very sad situation that the operator had already been cited for.  

The sad part is that the pool of people with no savings includes a lot of older baby boomers.

It's sad and difficult, but sometimes you just can't help everyone.

Most of us are pretty suggestible and will respond to a stranger's house with conscious and unconscious opinions about the furniture, the smells, whether it looks happy or sad, etc.
