Michael, I think the key phrase in your post is "quality trainer".

I'm finding your post a little confusing. 

They are the absolute worse and can’t communicate properly, they delayed having my property posted for over a month and can’t do basic tasks.

Compliments on the mindset shift and posting on the forums.
