Now for how to resolve it.Understand that the underwriter has a checklist and they go down it, in a perfect world everyone fits into the list and then they give their stamp of approval and all is well.

Chicago is basically the perfect mix for this type of study because it's highly desirable areas, densely populated and reasonably affordable (although definitely not cheap).For instance, I would expect New York to be #1 in millennial renters, but prices are just too high for millenials to buy.

Did they tell you a note originated illegally can't be enforced, to know that, you need to know how notes are legally originated, doubt that was ever mention, as they probably don't know.Did you learn how a security interest is perfected?
