Only an idiot would try to sell that many multifamily properties as a package.

@Kevin Zielinski Are you looking to buy one rental property or a package of multiple properties?

Great cash flow and still very affordable to buy house packages and small multi family. 

I looked for this , couldn't find a plain and simple answer.I have found 2 property's that i believe i can make a package deal on.

Put this all together with low interest rates and a big local stimulus package and it's pretty hard to anticipate a crash, at least for the near term. 

IHDA's latest assistance package is offering up to $25k per cooperative tenant starting May 17th. 

Banks also sell homes out the back door so you may never see it listed and someone buys it as part of a package. 

If you negotiate the right price, and don't have the capital, there are other exits, including packaging to wholesale, hard money, etc.Specifically you asked about seller financing.

It's always a "whole package" analysis as they are trying to figure out if you are going to walk on your loan.I think you should be able to get into a house with the money you have.
