Yes, PCS is military for Permanent Change of Station, which just means that we are being moved to another station/location/assignment.

Even if the property you tied up for this loan were a freestanding 7-11, a NNN bank property, a gas station, or an SFR rental, it would still be a consumer loan secured by real estate and subject to DF, etc.

However; I think because of the location, Close to the beach, new outlets, restaurants, Metrolink/Amtrak stations, and a high walk score, etc. it would make a great luxury VR.

Units are not up to market... there's upside to both, but they have recently renewed leases, I never though about meeting particular needs... this one is literally right next to the parking lot for the train station so that has to account for something.
