For all you wholesalers out there: in your experience, has been the best way to find sellers? I'm in the KCMO area, if anyone has location specific guidance!

Many deals have been secured and fruitfully made here on BP.

I thought I was nuts from the way support was telling me that this is normal and no one wants that.

If you are raising slaughterhouse steers for the meat market, then also produce soybeans for that market, and peaches for the fruit market.

They don’t make quality like that anymore and this one certainly deserves to shine.But I should be more realistic I suppose and quit watching all those home improvement shows (Honestly, Cabin Masters is the only one I watch now that that Florida one is no longer on the air - those folks were NUTS!!!) 

I get so many of these calls its nuts.

DId basically the same thing with commercial loans, in whole or participations, moving the papaer after closing.That's the nuts and bolts, short version.Your reputation is what carries the lending business, who can "make" the loan, who can get it done, who can work out the problems and who has solutions or alternatives.

It really isn't fruitful for anyone to "call them" on anything.  

That is the trick now: you  won't win on sales comps, so you have to sell the poor condition of the house.As Andrew mentioned, if you follow the BRRRR stratedy, you are buying heavily discounted hopefully and that is the low hanging fruit that you should protest yourself, normally online - present your closing statement and any pics or repair estimate and get it lowered to purchase price.
