This is our first reno project in Troy area and would appreciate any advice on navigating the reno process in Troy.

Stay away from the big banks (often a limited product selection and overlays) and the online lenders/call centers (you might have someone who was working at Jiffy Lube 6 months ago navigating the biggest investment of your life).And while many people here on BP are honestly trying to help, they often mislead other people because they don't stay in their lane. 

Just be sure to do your due diligence and seek out the advice of professionals who can help you navigate the process.

He has an excellent team to help you navigate the real estate investment process successfully in your area. 

It takes some navigating to get to but if you can find it it will show you a list of local co-hosts in your area.
