Troy Renovation - Referrals Needed!

All,

We have just secured an offer for a property in lansingburgh area and its a full A-Z renovation. Would appreciate any recommendations you have for foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, dumpster/junk removal, & boilers!

This is our first reno project in Troy area and would appreciate any advice on navigating the reno process in Troy. Permitting, prioritizing, best deals for appliances!
