@Audrey Ezeh  we build new homes in Portland market 40 last year all basically second step homes.. not starters.. market is robust to say the least.. all but 3 sold in framing stage.

I am interested in connecting with commercial leasing agents for a strip center and office building property in southern NJ.

This is my first purchase and have already learned a ton about the process- and at this early stage in my career, learning is the most important thing.

I've been browsing the MLS listings all around the areas of Frederick & Hagerstown, including places west like Boonsboro, Brunswick, Harper's Ferry, etc... and I started to wonder whether I should just ignore places that aren't fairly close to the population centers.
