There are many unfinished projects (promises made by MGM) around the casino, that are now gaining traction as MGM President Bill Hornbuckle and Mayor Sarno had a recent meeting to review the host community agreement -- the Sarno administration was vocal about MGM not fulfilling its promises to the City.

Hi Kenny-Great question about whether you should put a house you plan to live in and rent out parts to others in an LLC.Certainly putting it in an LLC would help with asset protection and limiting personal liability.However, you may lose the ability to claim the part of the house you live in as homesteaded tax rather than the higher non-homestead investment property tax for the entire property in an LLC.

Instead of explaining that they haven't planned the work out to that level of detail yet and getting back to you with answers they don't want to admit they can't answer on the spot and respond with frustration because they don't know how to handle the situation and are emotionally immature.
