You can learn a lot of the basics through podcasts and YouTube videos, which will at least get you familiar with the basic concepts enough to make a decision about whether you want to pursue and keep learning more.

@Austin Jones isn’t the Memphis has too much vacancy issue, I was all for turn key and also booked a call with Morris invest but suddenly came across a you tube video showing how turn key company was running a Ponzi scheme people was receiving rent but there was no house that scared me

Start watching tons of you tube. yeah some folks will roll their eyes but you will catch your subs cutting corners that may save you $100 today may cost you $5,000 when your floor joists are rotted out because your windows were not installed correctly.
