It's one of the reasons I am in the process of building a hybrid apartment/hotel in PHX, which will have the STR benefits of automation, full kitchens, and separate living and sleeping areas while having a pool, gym, outdoor courtyard, fire pit, grilling station, central location near shopping and restaurants, efficiencies of scale, commercial zoning, and no residential neighborhood challenges.

If its junk mail, its probably just automated from some company.

In our system we have have an automated postcard and email campaign that sends over the span of a month enticing them to get the value of their house, and other enticements.

You will for ever be struggling.Think on your own, open your eyes and SEE (gadamnit) that a 3% success rate is obviously not good enough.I never said you can't make money with DMM and the like, but there are way more efficient automated and scalable ways to not have to rely on 3% luck rate to make it.Get a website.
