What do you need to start your own Short Term Rental Property Management Business?

I have my own Airbnb and it is doing well. As a result of documenting my journey and sharing my journey, I am attracting people who want me to begin putting their properties on Airbnb. What are the best tools and systems you use to manage other people's properties on Airbnb?

Thank you,

Manny Moreno

Other than proper licensing and insurance and business docs etc you need to know what you are getting yourself into.  Managing is different than managing 5, which is different than 10, different than 20 etc.   I started with 1 and am now at 80 and it is exhausting.  Every problem you find a solution to, the solution becomes a problem eventually (i.e. employees etc).  Feel free to DM me if you have any questions!
