Be sure you are comparing Apples to Apples.

Any offering will list rentable square feet....that is the number you use to make apples to apples comparisons!

I usually put some local artist art work up for staging, USB outlets, colorful accents (pendant lights, welcome mats, cabinet hardware) and put tons of glade plug ins in whatever scent goes with the season ( right now it’s Apple cinnamon for me, spring it will be fresh linen etc )

I have a small fund of passive investments & most of the work is either raising capital, funding the best ones out of thousands of different opportunities where comparing returns isn’t apples to apples or necessarily simple or doing the due diligence once you find them & then executing & keeping up with them.
