It's in a major tourist city with acreage and 2 houses on the lot.

Im looking into buying some condos in the tourist areas.

I'm in the UK but the technique will be the same world wide i would have thought.

We live in a rural tourist area and have a very disfunctional market, but I assume from your location that you would be in a more traditional market where a new home would be an easier sell.

The less hustle the tourist factor going on..

First off this property is located in a trendy, millenial, good school district, clean neighborhood, low crime, close to public transit, good walking paths and to a popular tourist attraction. 

I'm a newbie still when it comes to real estate but if I was looking to buy in an area other than where I lived it would probably be a rental friendly condo near a popular tourist destination.

Even further south on the strip it gets very ugly very fast as you step out of the tourist areas.
