How to find direct to vendor property sourcers (UK)?

Hello I'm hoping to learn how you are finding cash poor, time rich property sourcers that can source property for you to invest in? I pay the sourcer a fee for good deals. I'm in the UK but the technique will be the same world wide i would have thought. I want to spend more time on other things and pay others for their sourcing efforts. How to find these people is the question....
