Firms are cutting costs in numerous ways including hiring freezes, "restructuring" aka layoffs, overall work week hour reductions, etc.

My current financial situation offers me the opportunity to invest and my current employment offers a very flexible schedule with a lot of free time within my work week. ultimately I am looking to be a real estate investor / rehabber.

I'm gonna suggest this book before anyone else get the chance 😂:The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss.this one is a classic in terms of understanding how to make your business efficient and how to think through the business system creation process without overcomplicating them. hope that helps!

After reading Michael Gerber's "E-Myth" and Tim Ferriss' 4 Hour Work Week" I've been focusing on creating duplicable systems for our wholesaling business.My job is to handle marketing, and my business partner is more on the front lines, talking to buyers and sellers, title company, etc.We have a few virtual assistants that help with our marketing campaigns.

I've already read four hour workweek, Rich dad poor dad, most of the Rich dad books, seven habits of highly successful people, and various other business books.

I would suggest the 4-hour work week.

Tomorrow I am starting ABSs of REI, and I have just ordered The 4 Hour Work Week.
