Quick question -- when virtual wholesaling (I am in PA, deal is in VA) do I need to use a title company in VA?

Thinking about utilizing virtual staging rather than traditional staging, especially because we are in a sellers market.

CI had virtually nothing to do with any one deal...period. 

Most places on MLS have photos and a virtual tour. 

When I am brokering, I have virtually no risk of my own capital and the money is coming from institutional sources.

Do they do self showings or will they stick a lockbox on the property and do virtual showings only?

Make sure your listings have high-quality photos and possibly even virtual tours.
