Business names, business cards, logos, etc are non-essential.

If so and you then get a lower one you can always have the LO go back and say well you liked this other value so let's challenge the AMC.  

We already have a direct mailer made, soon to be logo, credibility book one pager (excluding investment highlights, cause we don't have any yet), 3 underwriting modules, leads from ListSource that our in our budget and a business plan powerpoint. 

I believe Universal Insurance does it - the one with the red elephant in the logo. 

The reason it does is the document has your name on it, company logo, your job title, contact information and website link to your site on it.

Clicking around the FNMA website a while back, I found a little 'marketing' section where they gave me the option to rename Fannie Mae HomeStyle to whatever I want, upload company logo, and poof out comes a PDF flier for my ra-branded FNMA HomeStyle loan with the compliance small print already in place, my contact info, and with a fancy custom product name to create a sense of exclusivity, as well as company logo. 

Website should only take a day to set up  if you have your idea and logo made up.

But what will happen is that when a distressed seller opens up your mailing along with 15 other mailings they will automatically have a built in comfort level with you over the others as they've seen your logo / shop every week walking in & out of Walmart or driving to / from work.On the residential side again if it's a big operation that's a cost you need to take on as it builds trust in the community.
