You will also need to consider rental costs for any heavy equipment and transportation of hauling to and from site. 

BP does do a conference once a year or so, but it is way more expensive than the $65 you have for the local class, plus with BP's conference you will likely have transportation/hotel, etc. expenses. 

Think about what they want for amenities, characteristics, price, parking, transportation, pets and what is currently offered. 

I shopped, I ate, I walked, I rode on the back of local motorcycle taxis, in community van transportation with no doors or air conditioning, etc.
