It's exactly my taste, I love modern architectural designs.

What you should do in terms of expensive is really a matter of personal tastes and what the market requires...sometimes one over-rides the other.

It comes down to a matter of taste in my observation.

I love the Bay Area, cool people and I am fiending for some "Taste of the Himalayas" food at that little place in Sonoma. 

The whole ordeal has left a bad taste, but I guess its my own fault for not being better educated about the best way to handle these kinds of dealings.

I have eaten Cold Stone and it's a great tasting product but very expensive and a lot of times I just want a plain dipped cone from Dairy Queen and not all of that other stuff.

I'm thinking maybe it would be better to do a trial run of a town first by renting in the area I want to invest in to get a taste of what neighborhoods are the best and how the local market is in general.

I am looking to get into REI, I was originally looking to save for my first home but quickly realized the my tastes far exceed my budget.

The house across the street is just now on the market for $374k and about 300 sq feet larger but not as tastefully done.Curious to see what the thoughts are on switching banks (if that would really matter) or somehow appealing the decision or just sticking with the $40k less?
