That is a great thing.I never used Venmo until I had to- someone sent my child a birthday gift- and when I logged in to collect I saw what others have raved about- easy, free and quick. 

I am still undecided on which route for funding to go, but I guess that depends on the right deal!

Our annual income is $60,000 and we have 1 child.

I figured what better place to begin than at the very beginning.I actually just turned 29 last week and a few days later my wife and I celebrated the birth of our first child.

I am excited to learn from all of you and I am working towards doing my first deal in 6-12 months and getting my wife and our child thats born in December into our first home.
