(H) For any person to do any of the following:(1) Refuse to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublease, or finance housing accommodations, refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of housing accommodations, or otherwise deny or make unavailable housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, military status, familial status, ancestry, disability, or national origin;"Also New York Executive Law prohibits housing discrimination based on military status.Again, occupation or military status may not be a Federally protected class, but that doesn't mean on the state level you won't run into problems.

No idea what "Couldn't load component" is supposed to be, but it's not something you expect to see on the website of a $66B company, and is the kind of thing that just pops up all over the place all the time.Currently when I try to open the "Transfers" page to initiate an ACH transfer I get the error "The system is temporarily unavailable" which I've had for the last 3 days.Just stuff like this, all the time, on the website.

There are several reasons 1) it diminishes your returns 2) your cash is locked up and unavailable in an emergency 3) paid-in-full rentals are a magnet for lawsuits and fraud and 4) it limits your tax benefits, assuming you use the extra cash to buy more rentals.With that in mind, I would just get a 30-year mortgage to pay off the LAL.

You try enough and you will find someone that you would trust to do stairs with high quality work (the diamond in the rough).I had a great, reasonable price (started cheap but as he was in greater demand his price rose but he was so good he was still a bargain) handyman but unfortunately his mom had a stroke and therefore he is now typically unavailable
